- Terms of website use
These terms & conditions (together with the documents it refers to) at any time tell you the terms & conditions on which you may make use of our website Diverseboards.co.uk (“our site”). Please read these terms & conditions carefully before you start to use the site at any time. By using our site at any time you accept these terms & conditions and you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms & conditions, you must at all times abstain from using our site. References in these terms & conditions to “recruiters” shall be deemed to be any person or persons seeking to recruit an employee including but not limited to recruitment or employment agencies, employers, companies and businesses.

http://www.Diverseboards.co.uk (“site”) is a site operated by Corporate Partnerships LTD (“We”, “Us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13236735 and have our registered office at Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
We provide our site for the only purpose of allowing job seekers, recruiters and other service providers to post CVs, job advertisement and other related materials on our website. We may supply vetting, reviewing or recruitment services on Clients we are directly working with and providing permanent recruitment placement support for and we will state this directly with clients. All and any information provided on our sites are provided by 3rd party providers, and we accept no liability at any time for the truthfulness or legitimacy of any information uploaded on this website at any time. By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that we give no assurances or guarantees about:
2.1.1 any prospects of success;
2.1.2 the convenience or appropriateness of a job; or
2.1.3 the quality or speed of a response by a job seeker or employer or any other parties.
2.2 obtain relevant or sufficient information for recruitment or employment companies or firms to select a suitable candidate for the job, project or assignment which that company or firm seeks to fulfill.
2.2.1 attain validation of the identity of a claimant or that they meet any of the measures expected for the project, permanent work or any other type of assignment, including but not limited to experience, training, qualifications or work permits / visas or that they wish to undertake the role to be filled;
2.2.2 take any measures to guarantee the applicant and employment company are each aware of any requirement imposed by law or otherwise which must be satisfied prior to engagement;
2.2.3 take any steps to ensure that it would not be disadvantageous to the interests of the candidate or employment business for the candidate to be involved or appointed for the particular project or assignment; or
2.2.4 give any signal to employment businesses whether candidates are unsuitable (or suitable) for any position to be filled in any circumstances.
- Accessing our site
3.1 Access to our site is allowable on a short-term basis, and we reserve the right to revoke or modify the services we offer on our website without any notice (see below). We are not and will not be liable if for any reason or reasons our site is inaccessible at any time or for any period.
3.2 You must handle any password that we provide or you choose as highly confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party or parties at any time. We have the right to deactivate any users or user identification or password at any time, or terminate the obligation of any advertising services, if, based on our judgement, you have failed to abide by any or all of the conditions of these terms & conditions.
3.3 When using our site, you must comply with these terms and conditions.
3.4 Recruiters and any other companies looking to hire can search our candidate database for jobseekers based on skills, qualifications and other profile information. By keeping their profile up to date jobseekers can improve their chances of getting headhunted and let the jobs come to them.
3.4 You are accountable for making all provisions necessary for you to have entry to our site. You will also make sure that all persons who gain access to our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
- Intellectual property rights
4.1 We are either the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and at all times in the material published on it, including, but not limited to, the candidate CV database. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
4.2 You may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your individual reference, but you must not at any time use any part of the materials on our site, whether provided by us or a third party, for business purposes.
4.3 If you print off, copy or download any part of our site without any prior written confirmation from our site owners you in breach of these terms & conditions, your right to use our site will terminate immediately and we reserve the right to dismiss your account immediately without liability and without prejudice to any actions we may have against you.
4.4 You declare and signify that any information or data you upload on our site, or supply to us to, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party or third parties. You agree to indemnify us, and keep us indemnified, against any claim brought by a third party alleging that you have breached this condition.
- Our liability
5.1 The information displayed on our site is provided without any assurances, conditions or guarantees as to its truthfulness. To the extent accepted by law, we, other members of our companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude liability for:
5.1.1 All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
5.1.2 Any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site or in connection with the use, inability to use, or outcomes of the usage of our website, any websites linked to and also any information or data posted on our site, including, without form of limitation any liability for:

- Information about you and your visits to our site
We process data and other types of information about you in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found on our website. By using our site, you give permission to such handling.
- Uploading material to our site

7.3 We have the right at any time we deem necessary to remove any information or posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, such information does not comply with the content standards set out in these terms of conditions.
- Viruses, hacking and any other offences conducted on or associated with this website
8.1 You must not abuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or in any other way technologically harmful. You must not ever attempt to gain unlawful, unethical or unauthorised access to our site at any time, the server or servers on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack (in any way) our site via any type of denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack or any variations of these.
8.2 By breaching the previous condition at any time during your or another entities use of the site, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any and all such breach and/breaches to the relevant legal enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those organizations by disclosing your identity and any other means of identification to them. In the event of any such a breach, your right to use our site will terminate instantly.
8.3 We will not at any time be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your (or anyones) computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any information or data posted on it, or on any website linked to it at any time.

We have no control at any time over the contents of those sites or sources, and accept no responsibility at any time for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
- Jurisdiction and applicable law pertaining to the use of our site
11.1 The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.
11.2 These terms & conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

- Variations
We may alter these terms & conditions at any time by modifying this page (without notice). You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you. Some of the conditions contained in these terms & conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
- Warranties
We do not warrant that:
14.1 our site will operate fault free or without disruptions; or
14.2 all system defects in relation to our site will be rectified.

Uploading CVs – JOBSEEKERS
- You guarantee that all information and content you provide in relation to the advertising services is accurate.
- Your acknowledgements
17.1 You accept that:
17.1.1 we are not at any time responsible for any data provided by any employer, recruiter or other third party to our site, and do not verify it for truth or suitability;
17.1.2 we do not at any time make any claims or representations about finding a suitable vacancy for any jobseeker or other user of the site;
17.1.3 recruiters can access and view your CV, and contact you in relation to a job vacancy they seem relevant.
Placement of advert marketing – RECRUITERS
- Marketing services
18.1 If you wish to place a job or multiple job advertisements with our site, you must:
18.1.1 enter your details on the website
18.1.2 click the ‘I accept’ button; on the terms of conditions and privacy policy and
18.1.3 enter your details on the payment screen.
18.2 By clicking ‘I accept’ on any part of the website, you agree to accept these terms and conditions and completely accept that you are committing with us on a commercial basis and not as a consumer.
18.3 Subject to clause 14.1 and these terms and conditions, we can and shall at our judgment post any job advertisement on our website for a period of 28 days. Any increase of this time represents a different posting and you will be charged for the extra time in agreement with our typical rate list.
18.4 in accordance to us getting all applicable material from you at the period of completion of your details, we will endeavour to place your job posting on our site within 4 business days of receiving of your instruction form and payment in cleared funds, but any such times are approximations only, and time shall not be of priority in the delivery of the job posting or other marketing services to you. A business day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England when banks in the UK are open for business.
18.5 All marketing and job posting listings (unless other wise stated by us) are pushed outbound via third party aggregators.
- Your acceptances, acknowledgements and warranties
19.1 You acknowledge at any and at all times that:
19.1.1 we are not and at any time ever liable for any information provided by any jobseeker or other tertiary party to our website, and do not vet it for truthfulness or correctness; and
19.1.2 we do not make any allegations or representations about sourcing suitable jobseekers.
19.1.3 we do not make any allegations or representations for the quantity or hits job listing views and application numbers for each job posting listed.
19.2 You warrant the accuracy of all information and content and its compliance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy where applicable
- Database
20.1 You accept that all copyright and intellectual property rights in the jobseeker database belong to us in their entirety, and that you do not at any time acquire any such rights in the jobseeker database.
20.2 We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the jobseeker database to:
20.2.1 use, search or download the jobseeker database for the sole purpose of finding a suitable candidate for a specific vacancy you wish to fill;
20.2.2 contact jobseekers for the sole purpose of finding a suitable candidate for a vacancy you wish to fill; and
20.3 We expressly do not at any time grant you a licence to:
20.3.1 Sell, miss sell or licence in any way the jobseeker CV database or any part of it to any third or tertiary party;
20.3.2 download the candidate database or any other form of databases available on the site in any form through any method of automated or automating process;
20.3.3 contact any jobseeker at any time on our site for any other purpose than finding a suitable person for a legitimate live job post; or
20.3.4 otherwise use in any way or at any time or disclose any part of the jobseeker databases or any other form of database available to you via the website by any means in a manner not expressly permitted by us under condition 20.2.
20.4 You warrant that you simply comply in any respect times with any applicable data protection legislation in any respect times.
20.5 You warrant in the slightest degree times that you just won’t accommodate any jobseeker, or any data in respect to a jobseeker, in a very way that brings our sites or our business into disrepute.
20.6 You acknowledge in any respect times that you simply shall delete all information in respect to a jobseeker once the potential vacancy in reference to that jobseeker has been filled.
21. Payment
21.1 The fee for anybody job posting for a nonstop period of 28 days is as stated within the form. If you want to delete an job posting and replace it with another, this constitutes a replacement job posting. Deleting an advert and posting it again some days later also constitutes a replacement advertisement and incurs an extra fee.
21.2 All payments must be made by credit card, debit card or other methods of payment permitted by us from time to time within the manner stipulated on our site, or as advised by us from time to time.
22. Job posting and advertising rules
22.1 When providing material for employment posting or advertisement to us, you need to obey to our rules in respect to postings. you will not at any time:
22.1.1 unnecessarily use any key words or strings in your job descriptions or titles so as to influence the position of the job posting and/or advertisement within the results listing;
22.1.2 provide material for anything apart from a real job vacancy;
22.1.3 advertise the other employment office, employment website or recruitment company or similar business.
23. Liability
Subject to condition 5 above, our maximum liability to you is that the value of any order that’s the topic of any dispute.
24. Conduct
24.1 You permit and represent that you just won’t say or do anything, in your dealings with jobseekers or otherwise, that may bring us or our sites into disregard.
24.2 You warrant and represent that you simply will only contact any jobseekers, or use jobseeker information for the aim of finding suitable candidates for job vacancies.
24.3 If you’re an agency as defined by the employment Agencies Act 1973, it’s your responsibility to confirm that any material you supply or upload to our site complies with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, as amended from time to time.
25. Indemnity
By accepting these terms and conditions you comply with indemnify us, and keep us indemnified, against all damages, losses and expenses we incur as a results of a claim by any third party or your breach of any of the conditions of these terms and conditions.
